When something like the building of the Bridge, became a reality, all the people north and south, found their life much easier...No more waiting in line for the ferry to move six cars at a time, to the other side of the river, then return back to load six more and repeat the while process, over and over till the long line was depleted ... these kind of line ups were common, on an evening after a holiday, or big event...
